About Lauren Sparer
Lauren Sparer is a Certified EMDR therapist who is dual licensed as a Mental Health Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. She has been serving the Central Florida community since 2011. Through her use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other treatment methods, Lauren helps clients overcome life’s challenges and transitions. Lauren has experience working with a diverse population which includes adolescents, adults, couples and families who are coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, marital issues and life transitions.
Lauren believes in creating a strong and safe therapeutic relationship where clients can work through issues at their own pace and begin their journey towards finding wellness within.
